South Indian Gas Agencies Private Limited has been established in the year 1993 with an objective to set up bulk storage of LPG and filling up in cylinders of different size and retailing it to the consumers through distributors and Dealers.
From the day of incorporation to till day the company is engaged in trading of LPG which its procure from domestic suppliers and filling it into cylinders and selling in retail market. But the promoter was in quest for some opportunity to have a bulk LPG storage plan and identified two year back and come with an understanding with the vendor to purchase the same. |
| PROMOTERS PROFILES |
Mr. K. Rajendran and Mrs. R. Rajammal wife of Mr. Rajendran are two directors of the company.
Mr Rajendran, the promoter of this company is a commerce graduate and is hails from Namakkal, a rural place of Tamilnadu, born in an agriculture family. he has to say that he has been a silent witness to a series of deforestation going on in and around his native place for the sake of fuel, being an environment conscious, he is well aware of its devastating effects and he is also convinced that unless alternative fuel is provided to the common man and educating the public of the effects of deforestation, it would not be effective to save the environment and living conditions. All these factors prompt him and give him a way towards an entrepreneurship.
R. Rajammal , one of the Director is a social worker and presently runs a Trust named “Thirumathi Rajammal Rajendran Educational and Charitable Trust”. She is a social worker and also part of the thought evolved in Mr. Rajendran to work for the nation to keep the place green and healthy.

| PROMOTER’S OUTLOOK |
The Promoter Mr. K. Rajendran is one among few people who care about natural property and people of the downtrodden society. He has to say the benifts this project can availed by those people and as the same time we can save to some portion of our natural resources.
He felt that it is a profitable venture and would contribute towards stopping of deforestation which is a national necessity by offering alternative fuel. By establishing a bottling plant in a rural area, he could offer employement to the people both skilled and unskilled level. And also people from MBC communities, widow, freedom fighters and Ex-servicemen by way of appointing Dealers, Sub-Dealers, providing employement and etc. |
